I am looking for new homes in Irvine somthing similar to lantana (in size and backyard)and close to freeway?I was wondering about the options available.

There is VOC Cantara by Lennar in the city of Tustin, only 5 homes left.

New homes priced below $900K with front facing garage, driveway, and rear/side yard are rare in Irvine now. We looked around and nearly everything else is priced at $1mil or above.





Campanile in Northpark Square offers similar sq footage in that price range, but the floor plan makes it seem smaller IMO.





A new development is coming soon in Woodbury called Andalucia. I believe it will be similar to Campanile, but no price yet.

Hmm. That would be weird if Andalucia was like Campanile beacuse Woodbury already has Portisol which is the exact duplicate of Campanile.

I'd think they didn't build enough of Portisol in Woodbury. They are probably the only Woodbury development with decent sized yards and front loaded garage not costing over a mil.





We used to live in plan 1 in Oak Creek, which is exactly the same as Campanile and Portisol's plan 1. Cal Pac use these floor plans over and over, typical cookie cutter construction.
