anyone know what is being planned on the location, right above Portola springs elementary. That place is very high and it appears that there will be some homes in that location.

Wonderi what would be advantages and disadvantages of that location with relative to PS.

One of the next PS neighborhood (5), great if you can get one with a view.
Advantage of that neighborhood is that it's closer to the PS toll entrance and avoiding Irvine Blvd traffic.  Unless you're going to the HS...
Disadvantage is that it's in PS, not as desirable as the other TIC neighborhoods
 
Neighborhood 5A will not be gated but 5B will.  Not sure about 5C though.
