Are there new homes available from the builder in Turtle Ridge. Looking for 4+ bedroom. Any links to related websites would be appreciated
 
I don't think so. Turtle Ridge was finished 2+ years ago I believe. Shady Canyon is next to TR and has houses available directly from the builders. Shady Canyon houses are $5 million plus I believe.
 
isn't there a la cima model avail? i think there was a post about it somewhere. you can purchase it for 27k/mo or rent it for 20k/mo!
