As you can see, another slow day...



If any of you have sinus problems or just a bunch of bogeys stuck inside your head, I highly recommend using a neti pot.

It's a godsend.
 
My husband uses it all of the time and loves it. I just can't seem to get it right, the water never comes out of the other side of my nose, it just goes down my throat. I'd prefer not to drown, especially not that way.
 
You can also use something like this:

Give it another shot... Tilt your head forward over the sink and then start with whatever nostril. The trick is to keep leaning forward.
 
Or have a long surf session. Wait about 2-5 hours after you get out of the water, or for the most inopportune moment possible, and all will come forth.

^ Glad to hear it! If you didn't turn green and throw up, it's usually a good sign. Also, if you were able to enjoy it to the halfway mark without the aforementioned signs, you're in good shape.
