Need References - Need to paint garage door

Our HOA has informed us that we need to paint the 2 car sectional garage for our rental condo.  Any references for a handyman/painter that would take of this small job would be appreciated.
 
Isn't that the job for the landlord not the renter?  Anyway, our HOA gave the same mandate some years back, most ppl just painted it themselves.  Pretty easy, the hardest part was trying to figure out what the original paint color was, most ppl just guessed.  If you don't wanna go thru the trouble, I would think any painter will do.  Prob no more than a couple hundred excluding paint.  Good luck.
 
Thanks for the references.  Wasn't clear in my original post...I am the landlord :).  For those who have painted a sectional garage, any pointers for making sure the gaps between the sections don't collect paint and screw up after the paint dries?
