Naan & Kebob, Tustin

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Friends and I ate in store and were pleasantly pleased with the food and service.

Looking forward to the catering photos.

Finally tried this place tonight... pretty good.

The Chicken Barg is like the flat cut chicken at Luna Grill, but you can save a dollar and just order the Chicken Breast Kabob. Not as lemony as Luna but they give you onions and limes to flavor it.

Up next... Chicken Maison.

Last two times we had Luna, the flat cut chicken was indeed dry, and the rice tasted different as well.  Felt like they were going cheap with quality.  Haven't tried the cornish hen.  Not a fan of hummus (arm pit).

This is the Chicken Barg... otherwise known as Flat Cut Chicken at Luna:

I think Luna's is better.

Plus for at N&K, it's $10.99, at Luna's it's $11.50 and you get a salad with it.

P.S. The regular chicken Kabob at Luna's has the same flavor as the Flat Cut Chicken (just found that out the other day).

Yeah but it taste more chickeny, not sure how to describe it.
Because it has more chicken.

I talked to the lady at Luna's about it and she said the only difference is the Flat Cut is cut thinner so you can taste the seasoning more in the meat (same story from Naan).

Still waiting for Tender Greens to open up by UCI.

But it just kills me these fast casuals are charging $11+ for meals... I'm still trying to get used to 6 McNuggets on Tuesdays for $1.99... what happened to $1?!?
