The recent windstorm in OH (The Groves) blew down the mesh on the fencing along Settlers/Furrow to expose a paved road and cement walking path. You can also see several No Parking signs out in the field. The road however, doesn't connect to Furrow, but instead stops a few feet short. It's fully painted and includes the painted STOP at the missing intersection with Furrow. I did some quick research and it appears the road and walking path wasn't in the original plans, but built after the other streets were constructed and paved. Look at the following photos.
You can clearly see the road and walking trail in this Google maps aerial photohttps://www.google.com/maps/@33.7461089,-117.7576567,205m/data=!3m1!1e3
The road and walking trail are not in this earlier photo from Bing Mapshttps://binged.it/2hTBnFm
Any ideas on the road to nowhere...
