My neighbor's daughter is in college and needs short term housing for 4 months.

Just reaching out to the Irvine Community to see if any one can help my neighbor's daughter. Her parents live in my subdivision and she will be going out to Costa Mesa for an internship starting in January for 4 months. Since she is in college, I am sure she is looking more for a short term roommate situation with another woman or a young family with an extra room. I believe the ideal situation for her would be to rent a room for 4 months at a reasonable rental price. I am not sure if any IAC Apartments allows a 4 month lease. Please let me know if any of you can help or direct me in the right direction.

Not sure what would be considered reasonable, but when I was in between homes, I got a short term rental at SOFI apartments.

My original lease with them was for 4 months.  Not a luxurious place, but it got the job done and I had no complaints.  Staff was very professional.

12 minutes to Costa Mesa either on freeway or local route. One bus route to Costa Mesa. Near public transit.

Dual master bedrooms and she can rent one master bedroom fully furnished.

Car privilege not included.

There are 4 month rentals (we were looking to do that when we were going to rent out our Irvine house and move into another house) but they are pretty expensive (the shorter the rental period the higher the rent per month).
