This will have an effect on commercial prices, especially apartments.  Can't stand how greedy the state is getting...Nevada is looking better and better.

Not sure if you read the article. "leaving them [Prop 13 limits] in place for owner-occupied homes, residential rental properties and agricultural land."

Of course, if the NFL (a non-profit) owns land, it will still not be subject to property taxes.

NFL is not a non-profit anymore...it gave up the status earlier this year.  It will still get a ton of tax subsidies and credits from the local government.
