Most common housing stock

Excluding corporate owned apartments, I was wondering what you guys thought was the most common type of housing in Irvine? 

For most suburbs in Southern California, I would think it would be  1500-1999 sq. ft. detached... I was surprised to find very little resale in this range in Irvine, (probably because of my price target)... thoughts?

Irvine has more attached condos then homes, especially when you are looking at housing built after 1990.

I think Irvine actually has a good mix of product and isn't dominantly more than the other.

The preference would probably be detached (condo or SFR) but there is quite a bit of attached housing in Irvine.

Even if you look at today's current stock, there is a mix of attached, detached condo and SFR at various sq footage.
