I saw this on the front page of the OC Register (dead tree edtion) this morning... couldn't find a link online to the article but I found this:

Oklahoma was the only holdout state... and Cali is getting $18 billion of the bailout if I read that correctly.
I guess we could have stayed in our 3CWG... although we still wouldn't be underwater even 7 years after the bubble peak (actually still close to original sales price).
