It just opened this last Monday and the kids wanted to give it a try.

1. It's expensive
2. It's messy
3. It's tasty

This is similar to 5 Guys because they serve hot dogs (but not peanuts). I actually like it better than Smashburger which is just down the road although Smash has chicken as an option.

I wish these custom burger joints had chili so you could do a chili cheese burger, chili cheese dog or chili cheese fries.

Not sure how this place will do, the menu is limited but they do have shakes (5 Guys doesn't yet).

Wish they would have opened a Tommy's instead. :)

Yet another burger joint/chain.  Sigh.

Is it better than habit?  In and out?  5 guys? G burger? Counter?

Oh yeah... forgot to add that probably only qwerburger and USC will be interested in visiting this place because everyone else skews FCB-style food.

Same. Same. In&Out wins on price.

Haven't been to G-Burger or Unami yet though... I actually don't like spending so much money on a burger.

What is in the Mooyah sauce?

Maybe I'll go soon while I'm down there. The salad sounds pretty good. Also, my kids are hot dog connoisseurs.

I've been waiting for this place to open so I could try it. I'm not a huge fan of Smashburger because I don't like the flat patties. I know that's their whole concept, but I don't understand why smushing something until it is flat and skinny is such a great thing. How does Mooyah compare to G Burger? I like G Burger, although nobody I go there with ever likes it as much as I do. They have special fries that have sauce and cheese like animal fries at In N Out.
