Bobby Flay's restaurant in Caesar's Palace.  I liked it better than Caesar's buffet.  The buffet used high quality ingredients but everything was over-cooked.  At Mesa Grill the food has a spicy kick to it, and it's pretty good.

You loaded a lot pics. Did you eat all that? #calloriesgalore

Naw, my secret to maintaining my weight is to make food from my dish magically appear on the dish of the person next to me, or across from me.

I love the jalape?o cornbread there and the chilaquiles (the dish with the purple tortillas) isn't traditionally made but it is still very good. I can't wait for my daughter to be 1.5-2 years old so we can leave her with grandma and go to Vegas.

I ate here about 3 years back and looked a few booths down and guess who it was... Mr. Flay himself.  Everyone was on their best behavior that day, best service I ever had.
