Hi everyone,

My partner and I are in the market for a new pad. We currently live in Laguna Niguel, in a 2 bedroom apartment with views of the Pacific. Seriously issues with dogs, dog waste, digusting neighbors, loud vehicles...I could go on and on.

I grabbed a copy of Apartment Magazine and was looking at several Irvine Co. complexes.

We went to Woodbury Place townhomes yesterday and we very impressed.

Was wondering if anyone had an opinion about Woodbury Place, also if anyone knew of townhomes in other parts of Irvine.

What does everyone love about Irvine...what does everyone hate about Irvine.

I must say that I love how there is so much open space and parks in Irvine, well at least out where Woodbury Place is.

All thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated!

Check out www.rental-living.com for all the apartment complexes in Irvine. I live in Quail Meadows and like it a lot. I love the central location of Irvine and easy access to shopping and the freeways not to mention that it's safe and doesn't get as hot as other parts of OC does in the summer. Check out craigslist.org to find the best deals on the IAC apartments. Have you guys taken a look at private rentals? If you'd like to take a look at private rentals just shoot me a PM. Good luck and you wont regret moving to Irvine.

My sister-in-law lived in Woodbury place with her husband a year ago. They loved it there, except for the one fact that there was virtually no parking. What parking spots do exist are usually taken up by residents who use their garages for storage.
