Hi all,

I want to give thanks for keeping the forum interesting and informative, I really enjoy it, and it has help steer me in the right direction.  One of the things I found lacking on forums and builders site are pictures of the model homes, so being a camera geek I took it upon myself to do so.

I took all these pictures myself and would love to get some feedbacks, if you like the pictures, you are free to use the pictures however you want as long as you dont modify the picture.

must be all the people from this site looking at them  ;)  Its working fine, i just checked. 

I will be hitting up Laguna Atlura.... have they opened up the models to the public yet?

Not yet, but I did go down with one of my buyers to Toscana because they made an appt as pre-approved buyers.  The sales person told me that they'll open up to the public next weekend (14th/15th).
 
So what do you think of the Laguna models?? any prices yet?  The sales lady at San Marcos is trying to get me to sign my papers this week, but I want to see the Laguna Models first  ::)

Tell her to CHILL THE HELL OUT.  haha  The Tosana models were nothing special, basically just like the San Marino models with a tweek here and a tweek there.  The layout on Plan 3 was behind weird (with the downstairs bedroom eating up the small backyard).  I didn't get the pricing sheet but I can ask if my buyers got one as I had to leave early.  I didn't go in the other models.
