"Police have yet to identify or locate the man who just after 9 p.m. on Sunday climbed over the netting surrounding the balloon ride's gondola, threw a parachute in front of him, jumped out of the balloon ride as it hovered around 330 feet above the ground and escaped in a waiting car."
