They are planning for all those boomers who are 'dowsizing' to the hi rise condos but want to keep thier automobile collection. You know, all those people lined up with barrels of cash running to live in a high rise in OC.



It's actually not a bad idea - poor storage really hurts collectable cars more than you'd imagine. But a parking space for a quarter mil? Stillborn.
