Yes, the houses in this area are attached to one of its neighboring dwellings. Doesn't look like the owners of the homes in this area own much of the land beyond the footprint of the house; the only outdoor space available is the entry courtyard, and the small-ish balcony terrace off the back of the house. Considering the ridiculous HOA fees, the least I would expect out of the HOA would for them to completely take care of exterior maintenance, which looks like is the case.

So if you're an established family with tween children (who don't need a lot of outdoor space to play), who you intend on enrolling in the "superstar" school of UNI (I speak from experience in saying that it isn't as great as it's said to be), then this house may be for you.
