Yes.. but only for 55+.
There is also a low income unit being built on the side of Pavilion Park but that's by the Irvine Company. I understand only one section will be low income.. not sure if they are condos or apartments for rent.
I'm sure there will be more to choose from come 2015.

Yes!! Finally I can afford Irvine!! But i'm still not moving to Irvine for the schools though!
