I ran across a listing in Westpark that appears to have been originally listed for sale in March of 2006. The original asking price was $1,800,876 (in Westpark?) and they have reduced the price a couple of times, and are now down to $1,395,000 with no takers. So, according to Redfin, they have been for sale for 690 days! The owner bought in 2004 for $635,000! Here is the link:http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=4415

Has anyone seen any other properties that are rotting on the MLS vine for a longer period than this?

I profiled this house months ago, and it is still on the market...

Thanks - I should have known this one wouldn't have slipped by you..... And, as usual, great tie-in to the Hendrix song!

This one is close - now 642 days (Laguna Beach).

And this one in Orange is at 644 days.

Wow, thank for the Laguna link....I think I know this building and I've always wondered what these apartments (excuse me, resort style condos) look like. Nicely done remodel, but $1.9 mllion for a one bedroom unit is a bit hard to swallow...

The one in Orange is three blocks from me. It's a nice home in a nice neighborhood on the right side of Tustin.

And, it's about $225K too high compared to the rest of the neighborhood.
