I used to play basketball after work but now without daylight savings time, can't find any courts to play on. :(

Does anyone know of any lighted basketball courts around Irvine?

Heritage Park - reserved for students
Mike Ward Woodbridge park - reserved for students

Suggestions are much appreciated!

Woodbury has 2 full courts. Sometimes able to run full court games, hit and miss.
Beacon Park has one, but never played there

Play indoors? Most gyms have indoor courts.

Agreed! Join la fitness. $30/month indoor courts. It's too cold outside/lift some weights/protect those sneakers from outdoor use is a no brainer. I play ball everyday at the Woodbury center one. Join! If outdoor is a must, settlers park or stone gate elementary has decent lighted courts

Quail Hill Community Park

Heritage and Mike Ward aren't reserved every night from what I can remember.

Indoor basketball is for boys... real men play outdoor. :)

HAHA explain why the NBA is played indoors and not outdoors :D

I actually like playing outdoors, it's just the wear and tear on my shoes was ridiculous, needed new shoes like every 3-4 months where indoors can last a year.

Off topic, currently wearing the lillard 2.0 and it's probably my favorite shoe now, cheap and the boost insole is amazing, all for less than $120.  I used to only wear kobe's and Jordan's...won't go back for the price  >:D

If you played against Homie you probably have sprained ankles. If you played with Homie you won all your games.

The NBA is for superstars, not real men.  :)

I never spend more than $50 on outdoor shoes and they do wear out quick but that's more from my girth not running.
