I'll lead in with the first comment. Personally, I think she went too far, but she's definitely recoverable. She's on the edge and it's the kind of lean out you get when you first recover you athletic side.
IMHO, she needs to add a little muscle mass because I agree with the twitter comment-er about the arm photo not being the arm of a stong n fit young woman. Frankly, I think the original before after highlights the unhealthy aspect of the speed of weight loss by how much older she looks, IMHO, she looks like a skinny 40y.o.
Overall an incredible accomplishment and when you're that small, +/- 5 pounds really does make a huge difference. I think it would be interesting to know the body fat percentage. It is a competition weight loss so that drive for an extra five pounds is understandable.
Perhaps B.L. can modify their program to focus on health and not the weight number and start doing dunk tank tests for body fat. I'd guess she's pushing the low end of this spectrum, although it's possible she's not if her overall muscle mass is reflected by that arm photo.
That said, if she has gone from 260 to competing in tri-athaons than harsh leanness is to be expected.
