good looking homes built by Lennar in Buena Park right by Cypress College but not sure about the neighborhood, felt like i was in the middle of Tijuana while i drive through that intersection by the college over the weekend, your thoughts please.

That would be a big NO GO...Unless you like Tijuana, then buy the Burro with the hat...
