Plan 1 is way too choppy for a home of that size.

Plan 1 upstairs bedroom isn't a bedroom suite? Not that I'm looking to buy, but if I were, that'd be an automatic disqualification for consideration of this floorplan for me. For homes of this size (and price), the least I'd expect are bedroom suites for all secondary bedrooms.

It amazes me that given the SF & BR count in these floorplans, as well as the price, that accounting for how many vehicles will be in the family seems like an afterthought (Plan 2, 6 br, 2CG High $1m).

Any idea what kind of street parking there will be for this area? Perhaps BP will use some of their high Mello Roos fees for a souped up public transportation system so autos won't be needed. \sarc off
