Laurel (Cypress Village) price drop

I visited Laurel and found that the price for its Plan 1 (Classic) has dropped from $920sK to $890sK.  Looks like its inventory is not moving ......
 
When I was there last week the entire phase 2 was unsold, so sounds like they aren't having much activity. Do you happen to remember the prices on the other plans? Sounds like the drop is about $10k or so (last week the base plan 1 was $899k).
 
Also because people are probably waiting to see how Strada shakes out being in an arguably better location (albeit more expensive).
