If I recall correctly, I remember seeing some recommendations for a nursery or source for larger transplant trees.  I've been running the search option and can't seem to find it or browse to it.

Anyway, thinking of ripping out some shade given invasives and want to replace it with larger fruit producers, something that needs to be about 15 feet tall and growing higher to the 20-30 range.

Thanks, I've been thinking olive for the evergreen nature and potential to press a little oil.  From the photos, the 36" or 48" look like they'd be right size to start.

I think my main challenge is lack of clearance to get them to the needed location.

LOL, yea, I don't want olives...  we're only paying $25 per half liter for our olive oil club membership.

I'll video the area and talk to them.  Getting in is the hard part, there's no turn around.

If you have a contractor that's going to be doing the planting, you might want to buy these through them.  I believe they can get the wholesale price, where you or I would be paying retail.

But everything is negotiable, right?

Oftentimes, if you just tell the retailer that you're working with so and so contractor, they'll give you the contractor price. We got our pots at contractor prices by this method.
