That land is beautiful, but its a little bit out of my price league.... I'm sure I could come up with something, but i'd have to change huge money (SMALL unit) to even make it break even....

Maybe for me I can justify it. Oh well, we will see.

This lot has been listed for a long time (ignore the DOM -- it was relisted at a lower price).

Damn that is an awesome lot. I need to include vacant lots on Redfin from now on.
