If you bothered to do some real research you'd know that Pavilion Park was farm land. No toxic chemical to speak of.
PP was farmland. It was never on the Superfund site list. No cleanup needed.

If I had the means, we would choose Lambert right away over Pavilion Park.
Lambert vs Pavilion Park is apple to orange comparison. From what I remember.
Lambert ranch is gated. PP is not.
Lambert ranch has no MR. PP has MR + up to 2% yearly increase.
Lambert ranch HOA is about double that of PP.
Lambert ranch homes is more $ per square foot than PP.
Some Lambert ranch homes have view. There is no view in any PP home.
Lambert ranch is close to the trash dump. PP is not.
Lambert ranch has homes much bigger than the largest home in PP.
Lambert ranch homes have 10 ft ceiling. Most of the homes in PP have 9 ft ceiling.
Lambert ranch is a small and uniform community of only SFR. PP is much larger with SFR and detached condos.
Lambert ranch community amenities is somewhat limited. PP is part of the Great Park community. PP homeowners has access to BP and future GP community amenities.
Parts of Lambert ranch is close to 241. Parts of PP is somewhat close to 133 but is buffered by another community.
