I just revisited the homes at LR.  The Hill increased $400k on each model from a year ago.  Model 3 is now $1.6M from $1.2M a year ago in 2012.  What the heck?

The Field, one the other hand, only increased $100k per model from a year ago.
 
The only ones left for "The Hill" are the model ones that come furnished and landscaped, not to mention they all are view lots.  How much were Models 1 & 2 selling for?

im pretty sure they did that in their initial pricing.  the extra price increases are a transfer of wealth. from FCBs pockets to the execs/investors at the new home company.  one thing this country does well is take asians for a ride with real estate.

You realize that you're comparing apples and oranges here, right? The Hill lots for sale at this time are the models, which are all professionally landscaped, professionally decorated and highly upgraded, and come with all the furnishings (minus piano). There hasn't been a $400K increase as you state since you're comparing a model home to the original base price of an unfinished house.

The Field homes currently for sale are not the models, so that's a more appropriate comparison when comparing prices from a year ago.

Hill neighborhood is already done. Grove is on final release in the next couple weeks (around 1.4M non-model, around 2m for the models). Field has a couple phases and they are all above 1m at this point.

In another month or so LR will be completely sold out. Although, there is a MLS listing there now so still possible to get in.

Otherwise is off to the other TIC communities an getting on those wait lists.

Late Sunday, we will add your Priority Time Stamp to your lot sign-up and determine who will be first to be offered each lot. Monday we will start to call by lot priority; if the first person passes then we will go to the next sign-up.
