Lake Forest / Bake Pkwy / Laguna Canyon-133 extensions

Anybody knows about Road extension from Lake Forest / Bake Pkwy to Laguna Canyon-133.
It looks some constructions already started but I want to make sure if this is road extensions to Laguan Canyon.

lake forest will eventually extend to the 133.  right now it is not connected as all you will see is the 2nd entrance to laguna altura.

You are correct but I can see some constructions already in the back of Verizon Amphitheater. That's why I am asking if anybody know road extension schedule for future.
