does toll brothers ever build small shitty attached product on small lots? dont they normally build 2500+ sq ft homes on somewhat decent lots and driveways, if so, it could be promising (and expensive).

Their lease is up at the end of the year and TIC is going to tear it down to build homes.
I think the amphitheater is nearby but LA South isn't on the same land. It's the area just south of LA below Lake Forest but still bordering the 133. I don't think these will have the elevation that Quail Hill has.SoCal said:Oh, seriously?? So, I guess the amphitheater IS Laguna Altura South.
