does toll brothers ever build small shitty attached product on small lots? dont they normally build 2500+ sq ft homes on somewhat decent lots and driveways, if so, it could be promising (and expensive).

This place has been on the TI rumor mill for several years now. I would love it if TIC let the TNHC develop the area or the other fun rumor is custom lots/custom builds... Shady Canyon II?

I wonder if the residents of L.A.S. are going to be bothered at all by the noise from the amphitheater. I was just on the amphitheater's website yesterday because I was looking to buy tickets and when I did, it occurred to me how close it is to those homes. Concerts, fireworks displays... it's an outdoor venue.

Their lease is up at the end of the year and TIC is going to tear it down to build homes.

Oh, seriously?? So, I guess the amphitheater IS Laguna Altura South. I didn't know. Or maybe I did and didn't care so I forgot. Aww, that's too bad. I mean, I guess. I haven't been to this venue before and I do read on Yelp it kind of sucks. But at least it was something. So, the water park and now the amphitheater. What AREN'T they taking away to make room for more homes? Yeesh.

I think the amphitheater is nearby but LA South isn't on the same land. It's the area just south of LA below Lake Forest but still bordering the 133. I don't think these will have the elevation that Quail Hill has.
