Anyone have any details on this development. I heard they broke ground a few months ago and first phase was going to be the senior housing. When are they going to break ground on Single Family Detached. I looked at blackstone but i wasn't too happy with the price and the face it's next to running oil derricks and a dump.

All i know is that ALL the dump trucks turn left off imperial hwy to go to the landfill..and it STINKS!

Looks like they found some PCB and arsenic, and are cleaning up the place before building. I golfed at birch hills before. Always shanked it into oncoming traffic...by accident ofcourse.
