<p>I thought you bears might be interested...Phase 3 at La Casella opened in early May with price increases across the board:</p>

<p>Plan One - $746,000 (up $61,000)</p>

<p>Plan Two - $812,000 (up $37,000)</p>

<p>Plan Three - $877,000 (up $40,000)</p>

I fell in love with plan 1 as a starter home its so perfect. Except the fact that youre paying 700k for a 1600 sqft Town Home with 2 common walls 1 on each side next to 2 neighbors

<p>I too like plan 1 because it's single story. And the detached casita in the back. I like the courtyard in between. I kept thinking it's a good retirement home. I am not too crazy about the narrow alley garages.</p>

<p>I must say, Lennar did a good job with the interior layout.</p>

<p>I thought the prices are a bit overpriced for condo-like architecture. Perhaps, a front lawn would make the home less-condo-like, then the price may match.</p>

<p>I spoke to the sale reps and apparently there is a waiting list, and they do not do broker co-op, a sign that they are selling fine.</p>
