Maybe they upgraded the flooring since January and heard there was a "spring bounce" afoot?



Also, on the Kool Aid topic just yesterday I learned that the Rev. Jim Jones incident involved not Kool Aid but Flavor Aid (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flavor_Aid). 'Drinking the Flavor Aid' doesn't sound as good though...

IIRC, that is the bank who took it back for $525k, and they started to snort the Kool-Aid powder left in the home.
