Or maybe because they can only sell so many of the same exact floor plans?  Maybe their copier was running low on ink.  haha

What are the backyard and sideyard sizes at Laguna Altura Cortona residences?

Back 22 feet ( yes 22)

How about the Cortona Plan 2?

Side still 5 feet, but back is about 5 feet less due to bigger foot print.

Lot size is the same , about 4400 sf.
