Johns Creek Homes and Real Estate

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
IHS,

I will upload some photos of my neck of the woods for you.  This is the Suwanee Town Center. It is one our favorite spots where my wife and little ones like to go on picnics. Atlanta's Korean festival is held at this location every year. Suwanee is also a very nice place to live just like Johns Creek.

The Chattahoochee river is the dividing line of Johns Creek and Suwanee. There are some good fishing spots I've found.

Baby Irvine. Rather than comparing the two why don't you go around and take pictures and post them here why JC is desirable. For examples parks that is really a park, properties are so big there is no fence needed between neighbors, parkways are so huge that trees are thick and clustered in group unlike the scrawny ones spaced every 25', varieties of architecture unlike the the same beige boxes looking all the same, split level where the garages are deliberately bunkered and tucked away unlike the one we are used to seeing at our face and wider than the rest of the house. Educate the deprived with pictures!

Let's just put it to rest.  Johns creek is not irvine and irvine is not like Johns Creek.  They both have their pros and cons.  Doesn't matter where you live as long as you yourself enjoy it.

I for one will never live in Irvine again because of how little you get for your money, too many FCBs/FOBs for my liking and because IHO lives there  :P

I also would never live in JC because of the weather, no family there and too many huck gwais.

Homer,

"Johns creek is not irvine and irvine is not like Johns Creek.  They both have their pros and cons.  Doesn't matter where you live as long as you yourself enjoy it."

I couldn't agree more. There are pros and cons to both cities. I wish we had a domestic airport like John Wayne 15 minutes away. It is a pet peeve of mine to drive almost an hour to get to Atlanta International Airport.

Homer, there are a lot of photos on the world wide web to display the beauty of Irvine, but there are hardly any good photos on the web to showcase the beauty of Johns Creek and Suwanee. I hope you wouldn't mind for me to upload some photos time to time to show you guys my neck of the woods.

I assume Huck Gwais means Black people in Cantonese. Homer, the "Huck Gwais" I've met in northern Atlanta burbs are super nice, friendly, church going people. I think you will very much like them too once you meet them. :)

JC has Huck Gwais, Irvine has Bok Gwais, Dai Luk Lo, Jeun Duon Lo, and Ah Char. All can go Polk guy.

I get very inspired by this youtube video. :) Everyone of us here has a special gift within us and it is matter of time discovering what that gift is. Some us find our gift at an early age, and some of us never discover what it is. This young man has discovered his exceptional gift at the age of 17.

no offense to Martin, but most of the CPAs I know are dumb as fuck. You just reinforced that stereotype, since you cannot tell I was being sarcastic and mocking your stupidity and arrogance.

keep hustling James, I am more convinced your family is starving right now by the frequency of your posts.

That's very funny coming from the idiot who could not tell that I was being sarcastic

If what you said was true you wouldn't be living on a piece of shot motor court in a second tier village

California Court,
You will bury yourself with your own words.

Panda, have you been past this Johns Creek house yet?

It has an Asian tea garden, a wedding chapel, a conservatory, an amphitheater, a lake, grass & clay tennis courts, and 18 holes of golf.

... and all that for only $318,000. I hate California!

The landscaping is what saved this house. The recurring theme of JC is space, space and more space. My crash pad is smaller than California Court's detached condo. I don't even have a piece of dirt. All landscape are in planters.

Client B requested a rent amount of $2150. I listed at $2195. The day of my walk thru closing several agent were there to give me a deposit. I told them to back home and send me their highest and best offer. The bidding started and we ended up at $2395.

Client A closing on June 16th, 2014. I have already secured a tenant for a lease amount to $2350.

Both tenants are U.K. corporate executive transfer. Income well above $150k and credit scores in 700s.

You guys like my Toyota Sienna on the right? Dollar for dollar, the best mini-van I have ever bought.
