I'm watching Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan Chase on CNBC.
He just said, "So we should really write a letter to the next generation, to tell them, if you ever have a time where home prices go up, don't go to 100% LTV." He got laughter and applause from the audience. He also said we'll never see 100% LTV again during our lifetimes....that's why the letter should be written....to remind our children of what happened during the Great Housing Bubble in the beginning of the century....and to remind everyone to never allow this mistake to happen again.
