Jade court vs Jasmine - Cypress village

What are the pros and cons of owning a Jade court home vs Jasmine home in Cypress village. I would also appreciate a comparison to Sage in Portola springs.
 
We had a hard time in deciding between jade court and jasmine but finally we did go with jasmine. Jade court is too close to freeway when compared to jasmine extension. Jasmine has less hoa. And we like the jasmine plan.

Sage is location wise is not good compared to jasmine and it's not selling well when compared to jasmine. Also elementary school is very close to jasmine when compared to sage
