<p>I checked it on zip as well, price reduced more than 100K.</p>

<p>With the slow spring selling season, these real-estate agents ought to have enough time to check their spelling. From the looks of some of these poorly-written descriptions, you'd think they pay by the minute to be logged into the MLS.</p>

<p>I do not think it is price reduced by $100K. It was bought in 5/4/2005 for $520K, peaked price, 100% financing from New Century. Then it looks like additional $149K borrowed. It's a 31 year-old condo. At $489K asking is still above market.</p>
