With the help of IrvineRealtor, I have developed a site where we can see real home sales information and the trends using IR2 sales and mrtg data. Currently its in development stage, need more work, but atleast we can see the sales based on various filters and trends upto Nov 2008. I haven't imported Dec 2008 data. will be done in a week or so.

Also if anybody here have any photoshop/web templates experience and ready to devote sometime on it. plz let me know

Awesome site when it comes to the data, but the design and programming needs some serious work. The advanced search is not working with Firefox. I know Caycifish could help make it smoother, but her plate is pretty full. I will see what she says. However, there are plenty of programming gurus that might be willing to help you out. There is definitely a need for this site, so somehow there will be a way to find people willing to make it better.
 
Great stuff, 2010. I've been hoping that someone would create something like this that will add the time/trending aspect to the data visually.

sure, it needs work as well as we may need to re-design it, but atleast i started it and with the help of others we can do a lot. BTW, which version of FF u r using, i tested with IE7 and FF3.0.4 and adv search,trend charts works fine for me. let me know.
 
Irvine2010. Great idea. Any chance you would be able to include data from previous years so we can get a bit better perspective on the decline that we are seeing. Thanks.

Finished importing Irvine 2007 data. As usual trend is going down.

Just MLS-reported sales (and just SoCalMLS, to be specific). Most new home sales are omitted, as are most/all auction sales, unless the former listing agent notes the price that the home was taken back at auction.
