I wonder if this is who the SWAT was after.

A 21-year-old Santa Ana man was behind bars Friday, arrested on suspicion of killing a man whose body was found at an Irvine construction site in June 2015.
Jacob Michael Margo was taken into custody Thursday, according to the Irvine Police Department. Margo is a suspect in the killing of 19-year-old Octavio Jesus Alcala of Santa Ana.
On June 5, 2015, workers at a construction site near Wolf Trail and Orchard Hills found a body face-down in a remote area, police said shortly after the discovery. The area had been graded, and there were no buildings in the area.
The remains were later identified as Alcala?s. Authorities did not release more specific details about the investigation except that multiple search warrants had been served before Margo?s arrest.
According to inmate records he is being held at the Intake Release Center on $1 million bail and is set to appear in court on Jan. 11. Court records show he has a previous conviction from July 2012 for felony receiving stolen property.
Anyone with additional information is asked to call Irvine police detectives Sarah Tunnicliffe or John Sanders at 949-724-7170.
