NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Hi guys,

I know that it'll probably be addressed in the blog but I was wondering what people think about the figures released by the IWN for the real estate traffic in Irvine.

92602: Median price: $751.500 (+0.9% from 2006); Sales Volume: 24 (-31.6% change from 2006)

92603: MP: $981,250 (7.4%); SV: 36 (-26.0%)

92604: MP: $628,750 (-3.8%); SV: 21 (-22.2%)

92606: MP: $606,250 (-21.8%); SV: 31 (210.0%)

92612: MP: $855,000 (46.2%); SV: 46 (130.0%)

92614: MP: $555,000 (3.3%); SV: 21 (-30.0%)

92618: MP: $804,500 (69.4%); SV (38.5%)

92620: MP: $750,000 (-20.2%); SV (-42.3%)

Everything looks about right except for 92612 and 92618 (not sure where they are). Interesting figures at 92620 (woodbury) though.

This will be the subject of Sunday's post.

That is a huge rally in 92612 and 92618. Of course 92606 is getting killed on large volume...
