Irvine Prices (new homes)

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
what do you estimate new homes in irvine will do ? i am thinking a 15-25% drop as unemployment rises and people second guess a million purchase (assuming they qualify) and then have a 1.8% (ish) "bill" on top of that. i am looking forward to seeing what prices will be later this year. i have a particular interest in portola springs (sierra) but i am open to other areas in oc (vista del verde- masters/legends)

what are your thougths?

Let's talk about this in 2013 because nothing is going to solidify until then at the earliest. 8 million people will lose thier jobs this year there is going to be many years of pain to come so save your money and batten down the hatches...

yeah, i know what you mean. it is amazing how fast things are falling apart. i knew things would "pop" but its pretty fast and vicious. i am just getting anxious to pounce. hopefully real estate drops a fast 40% instead of 10% /yr for 4yrs LOL
