Hey Guys,

I read here that IP reuses plans from community to community, but I don't really see exact copies, per se, but I suppose modified plans are considered copies?  Or am I missing something? 

I also read LA plans were copies from another project.  Is it SG?  which plans are which? 

 
Siena and San Remo are almost exact copies of Stonegate's detached condos (forgot their names), Cortina is a modified version of Maricopa.
 
It starts with Stonegate East and Woodbury
Los Altos and Capristrano
San Marino and Santa Barbara

then we have Stonegate
San Mateo is detached Los Altos
Cambria is Los Altos
San Marcos is detached Capristrano
Santa Maria is variant of Santa Barbara

then we have Laguna Altura
Sienna is San Mateo
San Remo is San Marcos
Toscana is San Marino
Cortona is Maricopa

then we have Depress Village
Marigold is San Mateo on drugs
San Mateo 4 is built here
Santa Babara 2 is built here
