How about we get some sort of confirmation that new users are indeed posting from a brand new IP address....then we can consider them legit.

I really like Mish's writing and analysis. Anyone who is even slightly bullish needs to go read his stuff. I particularly liked the look at WAMUs foreclosures. Like the other banks, their delinquencies and foreclosures are increasing at an increasing rate. How can prices rise while this is happening?

<p>Some web forums display user's IP addresses right next to their posts for all to see. I'd love to see that here. We'd know exactly which members were on other member's computers at 8AM on a Sunday. </p>

Until proven otherwise, I think this web site is a front for TIC to generate positive interest in the city, and assist in a rapid rebound when the RE market recovers.
