Irvine Home Sale Amounts

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

For May. I don't know how Data Quick determines what "full price" is, so take all the full price sales with a grain of salt.

"partial price" means they paid a portion of the value of the place. I.E. you and your brother determine that it would be a good idea that he buys into your house and live there and help pay for things. Hence he paid a portion of what it is worth otherwise it would screw up the assessed value.

"full price" means a full transaction. It has nothing to do with the offer price and sold price like on the MLS.

This info is recorded on the grant deed and the article gets the info from the recorders office. By the way great find as I didn't know they posted this online and I thought it was only in the print addition.

Did you notice all those T's next to the price? T's = trustee sale = foreclosure. No more is it instant equity it is instant equity evaporation.
