Thanks for all the information on floor plans while it lasted. Sorry to see the internet lawyers busted you. I loved your site and appreciated the info on the floor plans you provided. I hope you haven't incurred any significant penalties for your community efforts.

Nooooooo!!!!

Luckily I bought my own copy of InsideTract but it was much more convenient to have them up on the IntarWebkins.

(BTW: I think IR2 can keep up the links to the new communities like Woodbury and Portola Springs as long as you got your own jpegs/PDFs off of the TIC site)

NO!! This was such a vital resource for me!  I'd look up a floorplan of a house before going to see it (when listen on MLS)!

Not all is lost.  I still have the plans and still can email them with a request. I'm also not sure about their claim of copywrite on openly published work that was not their original creation... will see what I can find out through CB's legal support.

There are still other ways my work can be meaningful and helpful, and this will help force me to find better ways to get it across.

In the meantime, thanks for the support and the positive mojo.

I second that IR. This does not make sense. Unless they paid the owners to have this info or signed an exclusivity with them. Which I really doubt.

Exactly!  If the floorplans were public, I think you should still be allowed to post them on your personal website.  It seems InsideTract is just another third party reseller who tries to sell the floor plans, but they are not the owners, therefore not having any power to sue over copyright issues.
