Remember when they were running that motto contest? Well, the winner is:

And, she move out of such an innovative city... to Tustin Meadows.
I still think it should have been "The Land of Disappearing Driveways".

She must have never visited any of the Irvine Pacific Collection homes. :-XAnd when she saw the news of a city motto contest when she was browsing Irvine's website early last year, her wheels started turning.
The "City of Innovation" just fit, she said.
"The thread that runs through [Irvine's history] is innovation," said Walker, who has lived in Irvine for nine years. "There's innovation in the way things are run and the way things are developed. Some people like it and some don't, but it's still innovation."The tradition of innovation is engrained in Irvine's history, she said, from the ranch days to James Irvine.
And, she move out of such an innovative city... to Tustin Meadows.
I still think it should have been "The Land of Disappearing Driveways".
