After spending an hour reviewing property taxes of homes in Irvine and Tustin Fields, I have a couple of questions that I hope you guys can answer.

Few statements and questions

1) Woodbury has 2 mello-roos :-)

2) Tustin Fields has one big fat mello-roos...wow

3) I guess Tustin Fields has different water bonds than Irvine. However, I noticed one of them is a huge percentage

4) Irvine has a landscaping task and tustin doesnt?

5) Can someone tell me how the "M" Tax type 1915 bond is calculated. I noted for some homes right next to each other, they are different, but in some neighborhoods, house price is different, but this is the same? Is this when the property was built?

I could be wrong, but the "M" tax type 1915 bond is probably calculated on the size of the lot and/or the size of the home.
