Irvine will always be a nice place to live... just don't expect functional floorplans in homes built from 2011 on.

The same list has Raleigh NC as the number 1 place to live...... :-\  I grew up in Chapel Hill, I assure you Raleigh is not so special, and at time I40 is worse than the 405 during rush hour.
